How much does it cost?

There is no cost to sign up. Simply create your account and log in today. Get to know your phone system with no commitment. Add the features you want at any time and you’ll only be billed for them from 1st of the following month.

What about calls?

You will need to pay for the calls you make that are outside of any allowance included within your service. You can do this by adding credit to your account in advance with a few simple clicks.

As we believe you should be able to try before you buy, your account will come pre-loaded with a small amount of test credit to get you started. Should you run out, click the link to purchase top up credit.

How and when do I start to pay?

Add your card payment details to unlock the features and start adding them to your portal. We bill on 1st of each month so any features you add today will be free until then. If you decide not to continue with all or part of the service, simply remove the unwanted features and you won't be charged. You can see your upcoming and past subscription charges in the portal.

Is there a minimum commitment?

There is no long term contract obligation with Simwood Direct - just a simple month-to-month service. You are billed on a monthly basis for the features you have. To make calls outside of your inclusive allowance, please ensure there is call credit in your account. We have provided you with a small amount to get you started and allow you to make test calls.
